The Head of the Sukawati Road Accident Police Office, Iptu I Made Watha, confirmed that the incident that occurred on Jalan Raya Batubulan on Wednesday morning (16/3) caused damage to two street vendors and a motorbike. Meanwhile, the motorbike rider miraculously survived the fatal accident.

According to the truck driver named I Ketut Sutarka (aged 48) from Peguyangan, Denpasar, the incident occurred when he drove the truck belonging to the National Gas and Oil Corporation on Wednesday at 10:00 am.

Sutarka became sleepy while driving the vehicle and was shocked when he realized that the truck was already on the side of the road. “I don’t remember anything. The only thing I remember is the truck began crashing into the houses. I tried to hit the brake but it didn’t work,” Sutarka said.

Although the motorbike was completely damaged, Yanti survived with minor injuries. Incidentally, the properties of the two street vendors at the scene were also destroyed.

Can you reconsider your adjectives. I have noticed this before and am not trying to be mean. A 'fatal' accident is one where someone dies. Nobody died in this accident.

Pertamina drivers are arrogant cowboys.continually forcing oncoming traffic off the road by speeding around blind corners and dangerous passing on wrong side of the road. Brake failure is always the bullshit excuse. The driver claimed he does not remember hitting 2 food shops and crashing into a motorcycle on the wrong side of the road, but remembered the brakes failed while he was asleep.
