Suave New Rooftop Bar Becoming New Tourist Favorite In Bali’s Kuta

Bali’s Kuta has long been the destination of choice for tourists looking for a laid-back vacation in Bali.

With resorts like Uluwatu and Canggu soaring in popularity in the last 2 years, Kuta had started to be overlooked.

All that is changing. As trends ebb and flow, Kuta is about to undergo a resurgence in popularity and new tourism businesses are opening up in the area; the latest of which is Soirée Rooftop Pool & Bar Bali.

Kuta’s new rooftop hangout is making waves in the pool and bringing a new vibe to the resort’s social scene.

Formally known as Vertigo Rooftop Pool and Bar at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kuta, the restaurant and bar has undergone a sophisticated transformation and now proudly features a fresh new look.

Stylish sun loungers, gorgeous cabanas, and a truly appetizing menu showcase a seamless fusion of modern Asian cuisine all served up overlooking a breathtaking 270-degree view of of Kuta’s coastal charm.

Soirée Rooftop Pool & Bar Bali is the place to be as the sun dips below the horizon of an evening. In a matter of minutes, Soiree transforms into a glistening oasis that offers guests a relaxing and memorable experience in the heart of Kuta.

The newly refurbished open-air rooftop bar, restaurant, pool, and social hangout spot have been given the complete Instagram treatment.

From every angle, there is a picture-perfect aesthetic to enjoy. The cocktail menu has plenty of choices for guests, whether a whisky lover, a gin aficionado, or a budding sommelier.

The signature cocktail menu perfectly complements the stunning dining menu that has guests coming back for more.

Serving up an exceptional selection of modern Asian fusion dishes, menu favorites are booming already.

Top dishes include Gao Bao Bun Pork Belly, the Soiree Thai Beef Salad, and the unmissable chef’s signature dish, Drunken Duck Leg.

The Soirée Rooftop & Pool Bar Bali has only been open since the 19th of December and is already proving to be a hit with guests from Four Points by Sheraton Bali and non-guests too.

The rooftop bar, pool, and hangout are open daily from 11 am until 10 am. Unless booked for a private function Soirée Rooftop & Pool Bar Bali is open for in-house guests and the public. 

Four Points by Sheraton Kuta is one of the resort’s top hotels. The 4-star hotel complex is situated in the heart of Kuta, on Jalan Benesari, a straight 10-minute walk to Kuta Beach and Legian Beach.

Tourists planning to visit Soirée Rooftop Pool & Bar Bali, or any other restaurants and nightlife venues in the Kuta and Legian areas in the coming days must keep in mind that road closures ahead of New Year’s Eve may increase travel times.

Ahead of the massive Kuta New Year’s Eve Party, a free-to-the-public festival and fireworks display held at Kuta Art Market and Kuta Beach, officials will be directing traffic in the resort.

This is to help keep traffic flowing in the area and pedestrianize key streets for one night only for public safety.

Speaking to reporters the Head of Denpasar Traffic Police, Commissioner Made Teja Dwi Permana, explained that the road closures around Kuta will begin at 3 pm on Sunday 31st December.

The road closures will be in place across the Kuta resort, starting from the Patih Jelantik intersection towards the Bali Bombing Memorial, the closure will continue along Jalan Legian towards the Jalan Melasti – Jalan Sri Wijaya intersection.

Traffic along Jalan Benesari towards Jalan Patimura, past Soirée Rooftop & Pool Bar Bali, and Four Points by Sheraton Kuta, will be diverted too.

Traffic wishing to drive down Jalan Legian will also be diverted through Jalan Mataram and Jalan Majapahit.

Permana concluded, “Traffic flow towards Kuta will be closed and directed to Jalan Setiabudi. The road to the beach will also be closed and diverted down Jalan Raya Kuta. People who want to go to the beach must please park at Kuta Central Parking.”
