I travelled across more than 40 countries of this world during my life, I have never felt so neglected and endangered as a pedestrian as in Bali. This is the real horror!

@Ganivet, Agreed there's very little thought given towards pedestrians here in Indonesia. Try crossing the road at the green man, its scary. Better to cross at the red man when there's a break in traffic.

Irresponsible dunk drivers causing injuries or death to pedestrians or other motorists should be incarcerated and licence suspended forever. Shame on them where ever they may be.

A few countries in the West have now legalized cannabis use. As a result there may be more drivers under the influence behind the wheel. Not only that you sit in your car waiting for the traffic light to change; you may at some point recognize a distinctive smell coming from another car next to you whose driver or passenger may be smoking. Irresponsible drivers!!!

@Randy, it’s additional income for governments of those countries. There police will check drivers for alcohol as well for cannabis abuse, as done in Germany for example.
