The General Manager of LEGO in Indonesia, Ie Jung, told reporters, “In terms of age, LEGO games can be played from 18 months to adults.”

The new concept store in Kuta Beachwalk Mall has been branded as ‘Retailtainment’ – more than just a place to browse and shop, the LEGO Store is a place to play and create.

Tjung explained, “This latest LEGO Concept Store consistently brings the ‘Retailtainment’ concept to more LEGO fans throughout Indonesia, presenting various new ways to enjoy shopping and playing activities.”

With the rainy seasons coming up and the big Christmas and New Year holidays, families traveling to Bali will be on the lookout for rainy-day activities that will keep little ones entertained, and a visit to the LEGO store will certainly keep everyone entertained.

There is something pretty magical about the new LEGO store, featuring LEGO Pick and Build, a special AR interactive kiosk, and a futuristic Digibox that allows customers to hold a box of LEGO sets up to the camera and see the contents as a virtual 3D model that appears in an animation on the screen in front of them.

Tjung added that the store I”s the place where one can find the most complete LEGO collection including exclusive sets.

This shop also provides a Gift Center and the entire store is organized into clear categories between various themes such as City, Friends, DUPLO, and other favorite collections. So both children and adults can easily choose the set they want.”

Indonesian soap actress Nana Mirdad was in attendance at the grand opening on Thursday afternoon and shared with reporters her love of the classic toys.

She shared, “I think the uniqueness of LEGO games is to provide entertainment not only for children, but also for adults.”

Adding, “Apart from being a means of entertainment, LEGO games also have an important role in facilitating children’s social and cognitive interactions.

“Such as the ability to work together to build complex LEGO structures can also help children develop healthy cooperation and communication skills.”

The opening of the LEGO Store at Beachwalk Mall is just one of many family friend activities to take part in at the mall.

Located right on Kuta Beach, Beachwalk Mall is a popular hangout spot for locals and expats in the evening time, when everyone gathers together to play or watch basketball as the sunsets over the ocean. The Halloween activities saw little ones dress up and take part in trick-or-treat-inspired games. For adults who want to shop in peace, there is a Kids Club on Level 2 of the mall, which gives offers free childcare from 10 am until 6 pm every day.

For families planning rainy day activities to have ready for this coming holiday season, be sure to check out the indoor theme park, Trans Studio Bali, located inside Trans Mall Bali in Denpasar.

It is certainly not to be missed and offers plenty of activities to keep everyone happy and smiling.

I am confuse because if Lego open in Kuta I am wondering who will be their clients. The article says the tourist, well as a tourist do you come to Bali to buy Lego ? The article says the local, well everywhere we hear that Balinese complain every time that they have no money, that business not good since Covid. Well will see how it goes. But on my opinion after living in Bali many years I can assure you that Balinese have money and a lot not only few millions rupiahs. And how did they get this money: by tricking the tourists 🙏
