What sets La Favela apart from the crowd and helped shoot the venue to international acclaim is the unique and intimate feel of the whole place.

Inspired by the underground arts and party scene in New York and London in the 1990s, the venue has remained committed to creating memorable nights out with incredible music and a safe, fun-loving atmosphere.

La Favela says, “The concept of La Favela has always been to bring to Bali the very first underground party scene.”

They describe the vibe as “No techno, no house music. Just music that everyone loves and can dance to. Old school but never cheap.”

The ‘Celebrate a Decade’ parties at La Favela are set to be the biggest and best nights out this month and are absolutely not to be missed. Doors open at 7 pm, and guests are expected to wear smart casual attire; the events are strictly 21+.

La Favela is part of the LYD Bali Group, which includes yet more of the most iconic venues in Bali. La Brisa, La Laguna, and La Plancha are all part of La Familia and together have redefined the hospitality scene in Seminyak.

La Plancha, for example, is the most famous beach bar in Bali. The brightly colored beachfront beach bags and sun umbrellas adorned with festoon lights have become the picture postcard of Seminyak Beach.

La Plancha really set the scene for what is now a must-visit spot for sundowners in Bali.

Seminyak is one of the most popular resorts in Bali, and tourists from all around the world visit the area specifically to kick back on bean bags, sip on cocktails and sometimes even learn to surf.

La Brisa, further down the coast on Echo Beach in Canggu, quickly became one of the most highly sought-after beach clubs in Bali when it opened its doors in 2017.

La Brisa has a strong community feel and is best known amongst locals for its weekly Farmers Market.

The La Brisa Sunday Farmer’s Market has long been a highlight of the Canggu weekly calendar.

The market is filled with fresh produce from local farmers and local innovators working to create zero-waste solutions to tackle Bali’s mounting waste management issues.

Typical Balinese names, perhaps new beach bar ”La Cocaina” will soon open behind restaurants “La Ganja”. - Since La Plancha shutoff their beach web cam it’s becoming internationally petty.

I have no clue what La FavelaLa is.

They describe the vibe as “No techno, no house music. Just music that everyone loves and can dance to. Old school but never cheap.”

A lot of bogans in that club?

Bogans love ABBA- especially "Dancing Queen".

Less trash around here than the beaches and mountains. Guess that sums up what Bali is nowadays.

La Favela? Just have a look at google 1 star reviews to get a feeling of this place.

"racist security, getting aggressive for no reason" "the alcohol was either replaced with cheap local spirits or they used tap water for ice cubes. Whichever it was, we fell very ill. We noticed fraudulent use of our credit card after this visit." "I witnessed a girl being carried out of the place by the bouncers and just put into a La Favela car and taken away!"

So beware.
