Bali’s Bukit Peninsula Offers Tourists Six Distinct Resorts To Explore

Have you heard of the Bukit Peninsula? Often referred to as the Pearl of Bali, the Bukit Peninsula is the southernmost region of the island and is home to some of the most impressive coastal vistas and incredible tourism resorts. If there is one pet peeve of OG Bali lovers, it is when those less familiar with the island refer to all of the Bukit Peninsula simply as Uluwatu. While Uluwatu is certainly the village in the area that is receiving the most attention right now, there are in fact six distinct areas of the Bukit Peninsula to explore.

From Jimbaran to Peactu, onward to Ungasan, Kutuh through to Nusa Dua, and finally to Benoa, each of the resorts in the Bukit Peninsula offers tourists something different. The Bukit Peninsula is not only the destination of surfers as it once was; there is a place for every kind of traveler down on the Bukit.
