Grab Indonesia has committed to helping the environment in Bali by launching Electric Based Vehicles (KBL) in Bali.
As one of the biggest and most-used applications in South East Asia, Grab decided to establish a commitment to operate eco-friendly vehicles in Bali to support the Governor’s long-term vision for better air quality on the island.

Grab Indonesia has launched 30 electric vehicles and built Battery Exchange Stations For the new vehicles in 7 different location around Bali.
Grab Indonesia has been cooperating with the Bali National Electricity Company (PLN), the Bali Department of Transportation, Pegadaian Ltd, Astra Honda Motors and Panasonic to support the Bali Clean Energy Strategy.

This technology also aligns with the President’s Regulation Number 55-year 2019 about the implementation of Electric Based Vehicles (KBL).
Grab Indonesia wants to implement a program called GrabForGood by creating a public transportation network for sustainable living for the next generation.

By launching this program in Bali, Grab Indonesia will officially become the first company is operating over 5,000 electric vehicle in Indonesia.
