The Head of Bali Law and Human Rights Ministry, Jamaruli Manihuruk, confirmed that the Immigration office has detained the passport of a 33-year-old Canadian, Jeffrey Douglas Craigen.

He is under investigation for his strange behavior on Mount Batur, as The Bali Sun previously reported.

Jeffrey uploaded a video of himself dancing on top of Mount Batur in Kintamani without wearing any clothes. The video went viral as many people condemned him for disrespecting the area that is considered sacred for most people in Bali.

After collecting information, authorities identified the suspect and detained his passport that was held by his sponsor in Bali. “We immediately detained his passport and, through his sponsor, asked him to come to the Immigration Office today,” Jamaruli said on Monday (25/4).

Jamaruli explained that Jeffrey faces deportation if he is proven guilty during the investigation. “If the authority can prove Jeffrey’s violation of Indonesian and local rules, he will be deported from Bali,” he concluded.

Jamaruli asked local residents to immediately file a report if they observe potential violations from tourists that stay in Bali.

Didn’t the CDN know that at least 2 other groups of twat-packers had been deported over the past few years for ‘dingling the wee wee’ atop the sacred mountain? Do they have to station a guard to stop “light headed goons” ( and I mean likely stoned) from any more religious affronts?

It was only recently a couple made headline news all over the globe for making pornographic film in Batur. This guy probably read about it, decided to flaunt the rules too for the publicity/social-media follower boo$$$t. As they say in show business, no publicity is a bad publicity. Incidentally, as reported in local media, he is really in the show business, a professional actor after all. Let's see if he can act his way out of this. It will be hard for the authority to let him go unpunished or with a mere slap on the wrist. More social media personalities might be encouraged and emboldened to do the same - a small investment for bigger rewards; who, among them, is not lured?

After his dance a volcano in Sumatra become active. Ask him to dance again, perhaps he can persuade volcano to be quiet again.
