The victim left his villa on Thursday at 5:30 pm to have dinner at a restaurant. When he arrived back at the villa a few hours later, the victim noticed that somebody had broken into his property. Some of his items were moved, and several valuables were stolen.

“The victim realized that the safe deposit box containing USD $1,200 inside his closet was gone, along with credit cards and silver jewelry,” AKBP Bambang added.

Police did good job, That is why I don't use the safety box because it is not safe 😐 and I never keep money in the hotel. I use ATM every couple days small amounts of money and sometimes use credit cards so I never was robed, but must be careful of scams

@Phillip J, so far so good with in hotel safe. The chances of getting robbed outside the hotel is more likely.
