Old Man’s was temporarily shut down by local officials in Bali after the bar was caught violating social distancing measures.
The popular bar on Batu Bolong beach in Canggu is a regular hang out for expats, locals and tourists.
The bar advertised the Wednesday opening night on their social media and website telling people to tag “all their friends”

Video and photos of the bar packed with people quickly emerged and went viral on social media.

In one video posted to Instagram, local officials appear to have closed down the bar while locals and expats exit the premises.
It didn’t take long for social media users to voice their opinion.
One user commented, “Immigration needs to deport these idiots”
Another said, “like chickens released from a cage”
Another user said “Immigration clean up in Aisle 3 Canggu”
