Bali’s Waterbom is one of the most in-demand tourist attractions on the island, and with good reason.

This outstanding waterpark knows how to create a memorable day out for the whole family while promoting affordability, safety, and sustainability.

This month, Waterbom Bali has been named Asia’s Leading Waterpark in 2025 at the World Travel Awards.

A statement from World Travel Awards Founder Graham Cooke makes it clear that these awards are well deserved by the winners. Cooke shared, “Our winners represent the very best in tourism excellence, and I congratulate them all on their achievements that have raised the bar for achievement in this extraordinary region.”

Waterbom Bali came out on top, beating some tough and highly acclaimed competition in the water park space. It’s true that tourists travelling anywhere in Asia should be sure to put a waterpark or two on their travel itinerary. Amongst all of the cultural wonders and wild landscapes Asia has to offer, tourists can also indulge in some good old-fashioned vacation fun.

Waterbom Bali outperformed a fantastic selection of waterparks in the region to be named Asia’s Leading Waterpark in 2025, including Adventure Cove Waterpark in Singapore, Aquatopia Water Park in Vietnam, Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis Sanya in China, Caribbean Bay in South Korea, Sunway Lagoon Water Park in Malaysia, VinWonders Phu Quoc in Vietnam, and Water Kingdom in India.

The award is made doubly special by the fact that Waterbom Bali was also named Asia’s Leading Waterpark in 2024. In fact, Waterbom Bali is one of the most highly decorated tourist attractions in all of Indonesia. The park, which spans over 25 hectares in the heart of Bali’s Kuta, was named the  Best Waterpark in the World in the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best 2025.

To top it off, Waterbom Bali was also listed as third in the World’s Top 25 Amusement and Waterparks, making it the highest-ranked waterpark globally. The top two places in the overall amusement and waterpark category were taken by Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, and Beto Carrero World in Penha, Brazil.

Speaking to reporters earlier this year, Waterbom CEO Sayan Gulino shared his delight that the awards help reflect the commitment and hard work of the whole team.

He shared, “This award means so much to us because it comes directly from our guests and we’ve always worked hard to be more than just a waterpark – we aim to reimagine traditional expectations, delivering an experience with a strong focus on care, a boutique approach, with respect for culture and environmental responsibility.”
