Snorkelling is one of the most highly rated bucket list activities in Bali. Yet, many tourists decline the chance to explore the province’s marine ecosystems for fear that they are not seasoned divers. Thankfully, many of Bali’s most famous and most beautiful snorkelling spots are also the most beginner-friendly. Of course, tourists must make sure that they have the correct travel and health insurance before jumping into the water, and be sure to follow all safety instructions from their guide.
A level of water confidence is essential but all that said, you don’t need to be a PADI certified diver in order to enjoy the wonders of Bali’s underwater worlds.
