Bali Officials Sprayed Eco-Enzyme Liquid To Reduce CO2 In The Atmosphere

The Buleleng regional government has sprayed thousands of liters of eco-enzyme liquid to contribute to reducing the CO2 in the atmosphere.

The activity that was initiated by a man named Nyoman Sutrisna was done by a gunner truck that belongs to the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to celebrate Earth Day on Thursday (22/4). The liquid was sprayed in 14 different Banjar across Buleleng Village, including Singaraja City. “This activity was initiated to reduce carbon gas emissions in the atmosphere.” Sutrisna said.

He also explained that the eco-enzyme liquid is very easy to produce, and people have been using it for several different purposes such as cleaning religious ceremony equipment and cleaning up the river water. “According to our research, this enzyme could also reduce carbon emissions and the glass house effect.” said the man who is also serving as the official of Buleleng Village.

Meanwhile the Head of Buleleng Eco-Enzyme Community, Feri Tanaya confirmed that eco-enzyme could substitute the chemical usage for several different purposes such as natural disinfectant and fertilizers. This activity also garnered some attention from government officials like The Deputy Chief of Buleleng Regent, I Nyoman Sutjidra. Nyoman urged the people to start managing their own waste and turn it into reusable materials such as eco-enzyme liquid which has a higher value for them.
