The houses of residents in Sesetan Village, Denpasar who currently undergo self-isolation have been marked with stickers by authorities.
The official of Sesetan Village, Ketut Sri Karyawati confirmed that she has organized the task force in the Sesetan area to mark the houses of her residents who are still currently undergoing self-isolation on Sunday (20/6). “The houses were marked to inform nearby villagers that somebody is still undergoing self-quarantine at their own houses until the date that has been appointed.” Karyawati said.
During the program, authorities put stickers on three different houses in the Sesetan area. “With this sticker, I hope that the neighbors of those families can understand the situation and keep their distance for a little while to prevent another Covid-19 transmission in our area.” Karyawati added. The program was also initiated, so the nearby villagers could help those families get their daily needs such as food supplies during quarantine.
Karyawati also mentioned that Covid-19 cases in Bali happened to surge in the last several days, so she reminds everyone to keep following the prevention protocols, especially in the public places. “Covid-19 cases tend to surge in some areas in Bali including Denpasar city, so I urge all the people to stay alert and carry out prevention protocols to prevent the situation from getting worse.” Karyawati concluded.
