It may be alright to do this in the US, but this isn't the US. Respect the culture and understand what's permissible in a foreign land.

How is that happening someone selling uniform at market is that respect 0 to police must be special shop for that where ordinary people can’t woke in ? Think about it and sentence man who sell it and take away his licence to hold shop Uniforms must be controlled and selling by government not by villagers!!

@Osmo, i find this very strange as well - are police supposed to buy they uniform from some shop? I'd assume the official uniform would be distributed by the police force itself.

I can't really fault the guy wearing it: Those things are commonly sold to dress up for halloween all over the world, but not the official uniform. Also, afaik, he never pretended to be real police like giving out fake fines or stuff like that.

@Kyle, the major loss of "it's Happiness [sic^2]" has resulted from the ill-mannered and disrespectful tourists who have taken advantage of pleasant and accommodating culture of Bali and its people. The pandemic has only highlighted the self-absorbed and boorish manner of too many visitors. Take a walk down the streets of Canggu to immediately see the cause and effect.
