A Law Firm In Bali Was Attacked Late Last Night

A law firm office in Denpasar was terrorized with firebombs on Thursday around midnight (16/9).

 An office that belongs to a senior lawyer named John Korassa that is located on Jalan Pidada XIII Number 22 Ubud, North Denpasar was attacked by two unidentified men on Thursday shortly after midnight. Korassa confirmed that the incident was first known by nearby residents. “The neighbor in front of my office shouted for help when the building caught on fire last night.” Korassa said on Thursday (16/9).

 Shortly after, other residents who stay at the boarding house that is located next to the office immediately came out and put out the fire with a hose. However the front side of the office was seriously damaged from the attack. Thankfully, Korassa managed to identify the suspects’ by the security cameras around his office. “According to the security camera footage, we spotted two suspects, riding a motorbike with black jacket and black helmet.” Korassa added.

The suspect came from the east side, and then threw the firebombs, damaging the glass door and the front side of the building. Meanwhile, the Denpasar Criminal Investigation Bureau, Kompol Mikael Hutabarat confirms that they have already begun an investigation regarding this case. “We have already deployed our team to begin the investigation, including checking their security cameras.” Kompol Mikael said.
