A new viral video circulating on social media shows just how quickly tourists can be robbed without even knowing it.
A video posted by Bali Viral shows two women on a scooter slowing down to make a turn. Without barely coming to a stop, a scooter approaches them from behind and steals their wallet with ease.
The woman were not even aware they were robbed until realizing that their wallet had gone missing.
Tourists are encouraged to keep their personal belongings out of sight or safely secured.
Female tourists have been told not to wear purses around their bodies when driving scooters. Purse snatchings in previous robberies have ended with women being pulled off their bikes causing sever injuries.
