Authorities from the Public Civil Service office have instructed all shops and supermarkets in Bali to start utilizing the PeduliLindungi tracing app as an entry requirement.
During an operation to inspect the compliance of prevention protocols in many shops and other businesses in Denpasar on Friday (22/10), the Head of the Denpasar Public Civil Service, Dewa Sayoga stated that all businesses such as minimarkets, shopping malls, and supermarkets are required to install a PeduliLindungi tracing app’s QR code at their entrances.
“Every business that could potentially have many visitors like shops and supermarkets are required to start utilizing the PeduliLindungi app as an entry requirement for their customers,” Sayoga said on Sunday (24/10). He also said that businesses that neglect this instruction will receive a fine from authorities. “This is one of our prevention steps to avoid Covid-19 transmissions from surging, so they must comply with this policy,” Sayoga added.
Sayoga also reminds people to install the PeduliLindungi app on their cellphones, especially before visiting public places in Bali. “To end this pandemic is everyone’s responsibility, and not only the government’s. So I urge people to always follow our instructions and keep complying with prevention protocols.” Sayoga concluded.

now the state terror begins. As a foreigner I don't get a perdulilindungi vaccination certificate, I have to take care of a SKTT document, but first I need an RT and a RW certificate, in addition something from some kelahuran, a surat domisili ... for these I have to register online for the entire processing of documents, according to my agent there are hundreds every day who apply for this SKTT document, but only 30 are processed at all, beyond that it is of course not free, before covid-19 about 500k IDR, now 4 million, according to the agent. It is high time to reconsider and end these hysterical measures by government. Btw: Is there actually any data on how high the excess mortality was in 2020 compared to 2018?

@Ganivet, state terror??Whatever that means...if you are complaining of the whole damn process then the door is wide open to return home. No one has asked you to stay. Bali has a different way to process than in other places like Jakarta for example where things get done.

Just like the reopening this really hasn't been planned out well. All valid comments below. How secure is this App? Are you willing to install an App with potential security flaws. Personal and password information at risk. Who developed this App? This plan is doomed to fail.

First, the government denies us the vaccine because we don’t have a NIK. Now the government denies us entry into supermarkets because we are unable to get vaccinated. This is a bad joke.
