During a trial that was led by the Judge, I Wayan Sukradana stated that the suspect was guilty and violated Indonesian law for possessing an illegal substance during her stay in Bali.

“We have decided to sentence the suspect to 4 years of imprisonment so she can be held responsible for what she has done in Bali.” Sukradana said.

Anastasiia was also sanctioned with a USD $56,338 (IDR 800 million) fine for which she will serve an additional two months in jail instead of paying the fine. After hearing the decision from the Judge, both the suspect and her lawyer, Ivonne Purba haven’t filed any objections regarding the sentence. The sentence came in lower than the prosecutor’s demand to charge the suspect with 5 years in prison.

Anastasiia was arrested from her villa in Canggu, North Kuta on March 22nd 2021 after completing a transaction for a package of crystal meth weighing just over half a gram. The suspect received an offer from a Russian man named Ivan to buy a package of good quality meth for a discounted price due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Did she harm anybody, except herself!? The answer is: NO! Therefore she should be immediately released and send back to Russia.

“ She was offered “ good quality Meth” and couldn’t refuse? Do you have any idea that Meth is a mix of toxic garbage chemicals that will literally rot your flesh after minimal use? How stupid dangerous do you have to be to say “ I’m doing the good stuff man”? Scary to think she might find children to support her habit and ruin their lives.
