Four Points by Sheraton Kuta has officially reopened for service as of December 1st. After months of closure, the hotel resort has returned with government certified protocols to welcome back guests for a safe and unforgettable experience.
Four Points by Sheraton Kuta is located in the prime Kuta-Legian neighborhood, amidst tourist attractions and the famous Kuta Beach. The hotel is now certified by the provincial government’s Clean Health Safety Environment (CHSE). The certificate guarantees guests a high standard of health and safety measures throughout the entirety of their stay.
During the eight month long closure, Four Points staff was actively onsite, maintaining facilities within the property.
The hotel has fulfilled all the due requirements and is now fully operational. As per protocols, all guests are required to sanitize and have their temperatures checked upon arrival.
All equipment and amenities are disinfected every two hours as the hotel’s commitment to keeping the premise clean and safe for its visitors.
Detailed cleaning is constantly monitored, such as disinfecting pens used by guests to sign documents after every use. All guests receive a complimentary face mask at the reception desk.
Guests can choose from deluxe, leisure or family suites, all of which contain a private balcony facing or leveled with the main swimming pool. The resort offers three outdoor pools, including a rooftop pool and a junior pool.
The lagoon pool revolves around a centered whirlpool jacuzzi, and with direct access to the deck from all ground floor suites. All guests are greeted with refreshing drinks and fresh fruits from the hotel’s welcoming and courteous staff.
The guests can enjoy facilities such as a 24-hour gym, spacious kids club and internationally inspired cuisine led by renowned chefs. In line with safety measures, restaurant staff is adequately gloved and masked to minimize direct contact with food and utensils.
Four Points Kuta has successfully designed a relaxing experience which aims to make guests feel at home during their stay.
Rooms are equipped with 43-inch LED tvs and complimentary wifi. Thoughtful amenities include the hotel’s signature Comfort Bed and signature bath products provided in every room.
Aside from leisure, Four Points Kuta is environmentally and socially responsible. The hotel is partnered with the Indonesian Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) in a food waste management program. Leftover edibles are collected, tested and repackaged before delivered to charity.
