A foreign national who was found dead slumped over his motorcycle in Denpasar died from alcohol and not the Coronavirus said Denpasar Police.
Residents grew concerned when they witnessed the ambulance arrive and paramedics dressed in full virus protection emerged.
Denpasar Police Chief Jansen Avitus Panjaitan said the foreigner who was found unconscious on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Denpasar was thought to have died from excessive consumption of alcohol. He said the incident was not related to the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Panjaitan said “from the information gathered by foreigners, he had come to the place to drink liquor. Do not associate the death of a foreign citizen whose identity is unknown with the coronavirus outbreak.”
