Starting off with the trendiest place in town, it has to be Super Smashed Burgers. Located on Jalan Raya Semat, this team couldn’t have found a more central location if they tried. Open from 12 pm daily until late, this is the perfect place to dive into a late-night, post-party feast.
The team at Super Smashed is serving up the viral NYC smash burger made with 100% Wagyu beef in the heart of Bali. A Super Smash Burger served up with fries and some costs just IDR 135,000 and is worth every penny. The burger joint has just started serving up chicken tenders, which are putting even the finger-lickin’ good kind to a run for their money.
No list of best burger joints in Bali would be complete without a mention of Bossman Bali. In fact, loyal fans and burger lovers will be screaming that it’s taken over 250 words of this article to get to mention them. This beloved burger hangout has a sister venue in Seminyak, and there are calls to get a Bossman Burger in every destination known to humankind.
For now, the Canggu Bossman Burger can be found on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong, and is open daily from 11 am to 5 pm…and yes, they do deliver on GrabFood and GoJek food, but for the best experience of fresh off the grill burger goodness, it has to be a dine-in vibe.
Canggu’s Burger Bother is another beloved Canggu burger joint that can rightfully boast a 4.8 out of 5 rating on its Google Reviews, and in this day and age, that literally means it’s flawless, right?!
With spots in Kerobokan, central Canggu, Berawa, and Pererenan open until 3 am daily, this is the best post-party, super late-night, or actually early morning burger spot across all of Canggu. Burger Brother Bali also has a little sibling in Sanur, who stays open a little less late but still serves up all the menu favorites until 1 am daily.
Signature burgers with Burger Bother include Got Beef Bro, the Finding Dory fish burger, and The Chosen Bun. These burgers are also available for delivery on GoJek and GrabFood, though again…it always tastes better fresh off the grill!
For something a little different, burger lovers have got to try BB52 Burgers Canggu. In fact, tourists don’t even need to be in Canggu to enjoy these legendary craft burgers as the team has opened up in Uluwatu, Ungasan, and Ubud too.
The restaurant’s namesake burger, The BB52, is a classic and their best seller for a reason. The 120g Aussie beef patty is accompanied by yellow cheddar, bacon, caramelized onion, BB52 signature sauce or smoky BBQ sauce, all packed into a sesame bun.
At BB52 Burgers Canggu, there are even options for the super health-conscious and the vegan, too. The popular Earth Burger is made with a BB52 homemade mushroom patty, brie-style vegan cheese, tomato relish, coconut bacon, lettuce, sour pickles, and a vegan bun.
For those cutting the starchy carbs, the Skinny Bitch Burger is the way to go. The classic BB52 100% Aussie beef burger is created with yellow cheddar, avocados, caramelized onion, BB52 signature sauce, pickles, and all served up in an iceberg lettuce wrap. It’s surprisingly good!
