“Then, the perpetrator left Buleleng Prison from the Narcotics case in July 2020, with conditional release,” explained Oka Bawa, Monday (8/2).

Before his arrest on Sunday, officers began the investigation after receiving a report from a woman named Suci Ningsih.

She filed an incident about her motorbike that went missing from in front of her office on Jalan Tangkuban Perahu, North Kuta on the morning of November 20th, 2020.

It took a while for the police to trail the perpetrator, but they finally arrested him on Jalan Batanghari, South Denpasar on Sunday evening.

“When the arrest was made, the perpetrator fought and endangered the officers, so that measured decisive action was taken to incapacitate the perpetrator. Then the team took him to medical treatment,” he said.
