Bali’s food scene is thriving! In 2025, we can expect to see dozens of new eateries appearing on the scene, from Ubud to Uluwatu, from Canggu to Seminyak; whether you’re after traditional Indonesian cuisines or some internationally inspired fair, foodies absolutely love Bali.
In late December 2024 Ubud welcomed a suave new bistro to the block. Enclave Bistro & Lounge opened its doors on Jalan Hanoman and has been well received by the Ubud community.
Bringing together impeccable hospitality, incredible culinary flair, and cozy surroundings, Enclave Bistro & Lounge is a must-visit in Ubud in 2025.
Marketing Manager for Enclave Bistro & Lounge, Prissilia Anggraeni Putri, told reporters, “We hope that Enclave Bistro & Lounge will become a new tourist destination that tourists can enjoy to relax, enjoy live music every night, and enjoy the dishes we serve. With this concept, we want to provide a different atmosphere for tourists who miss the vibe of Seminyak, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.”
She added, “We want to introduce Enclave as a new social destination in Ubud, which is comfortable and of high quality for tourists and local communities.” Noting, “All our cocktails are made with quality local ingredients, and the prices are in line with the quality provided.”
The menu brings east and west together, and food is served from 11 am daily, with the restaurant closing its doors at midnight. Live music will be performed every night, and booking a table is highly recommended.
Highlights on the A la carte menu include penne pistachio moringa and fettuccine tuna sambal matah, mains include lobster gratin and an Angus beef burger. The kids’ menu offers plenty of choices, and there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.
Enclave Bistro & Lounge is not the only new kid on the block in Bali. December also saw the launch of a series of new restaurants, cafes, and bistros all across the province. Many of these dining experiences offer something utterly unique and go above and beyond a standard dinner service.

Golden Butterfly featured Ketel One vodka, passion fruit, blended Pisco, dry vermouth, vanilla, frozen black grape, and a splash of absinthe.
The Geisha is a gorgeous pink cocktail featuring Roku Japanese gin, maraschino, white chocolate, cirrus, red wine float, and edible apple blossom.
