Instagram Influencer Stalked While Staying At A Private Villa In Ubud Bali

An Instagram influencer named Sisca Mellyana was stalked by two local men while staying at a private villa in Ubud.

The Head of the Ubud Police Department, AKP I Made Tama, confirmed that two local men were detained for attempting to stalk and peek at Mellyana on Thursday evening (9/12).

According to their information, the incident occurred when the victim and her partner stayed in a private villa in Kedewatan Village, Ubud Gianyar.

When the victim finished her dinner, she went to the bathroom and became suspicious because she heard strange noises. In a panic, the victim screamed and called her partner for help.

Shortly after, Mellyana’s partner managed to spot the two men, who attempted to hide behind the building. One of the perpetrators was detained by her partner, while the police captured the other as he attempted to escape.

The upset victim immediately filed a report to the local authority and the police officer. The officer later released both perpetrators as the victim decided to revoke her report from the police station. This is after both perpetrators apologized to her.

During the interrogation, they admitted that they recorded her private activities during her stay in the villa. “I admit that I did wrong, and I apologize,” said the perpetrators.
