First, make sure you have signed up for a Bali Sun Premium account.

If you have an account and you still can’t log in, check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies. Either change your settings or use another browser.

Yes. Click ‘Change Plan‘ from the Subscriptions menu item in your account. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.

Yes. Simply log in to your account to make these changes.

Log in to your account and click ‘Update Card‘ from the sidebar (or Add card if you haven’t added one)

Log in to your account and cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions menu item.

If you have already created a password and you’ve forgotten it, or if you’ve yet to create a password, or if you ever need to reset it, click ‘Password Reset’

Then, enter your email address and click Send me reset instructions. To ensure the reset process is secure:
Password reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
Password reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and start with a fresh password reset.

You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalized message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.
Keep in mind that you’re purchasing a one-time gift for the selected term (e.g. month or year). The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription.

First, you must be a Premium Member to access our Bali Sun Discord Chat.

Once that is done, Open a Discord account (if you don’t already have one), and then click the DISCORD link on your member account page. We also include the link in your payment receipt email.

As a Premium member, we’ve removed all the ads from the site for you. If you are still seeing ads, please make sure you are visiting the site SIGNED IN to your account.

As a Premium member, you have access to locked content and members-only posts. When you are signed into your account, they will automatically show, mixed in with the other breaking news stories. If you want to see all of the locked content in one place, click here.

All members will receive a direct email line to our editors for help planning their trip, budget creation, itinerary ideas, and to answer all your unique Bali questions. Once you are signed in, you will see your Members Only page, with your personal email line.

As part of your Premium membership, you are sent a newsletter with all the top Bali news stories. If you are not receiving them, please check your spam folder or add ‘[email protected]’ to your favorites or contacts to ensure proper delivery.

At the bottom of each newsletter, there is a ‘manage my subscription’ link or a ‘unsubscribe’ link.
