A German suspect has been arrested by police for alleged possession of illegal substances in his villa.
The Head of the Badung Police Department, AKP Roby Septiadi confirmed that the suspect was arrested along with 109 packages of cocaine and a package of hashish. “The drugs that were possessed by the suspect are considered one of the most expensive drugs in the market, so we assumed that his buyers were either rich expats or locals here.” AKP Roby said on Friday (9/7).
Meanwhile the Head of the Badung Narcotics Operation, Iptu I Putu Budi Artama explained that a package of cocaine could be worth between USD 210 to 350 (IDR 3 to 5 million) per gram in Bali. “A total of 282 grams of cocaine and 1 gram of hashish were seized from the suspect, the substances could be worth around USD 70,000 (IDR 1 billion).” Iptu Artama said.The investigation about this case began when the officers were informed that parties were often held in one of the villas that is located in Cemagi Canggu, North Kuta.
After a month of investigation, the officers decided to search the villa when the suspect was there alone on Tuesday (6/7). “On the first day of our search at the villa, we found 53 packages of cocaine inside a safe deposit box, but then we found another stash of packages the day after.” Iptu Artama added. The suspect has been detained along with evidence as the investigation is still underway.

Foreigners who were given visa extensions are now selling drugs to stay longer. Maybe it’s time to remove all foreigners who have no valid reason to stay now that vaccines are available in their home countries? Vietnam has ordered all such foreigners out by July 31.

.you know america has major problems with drugs. I have seen it destroy families. Wreck everything.. i love your country. Because of strict drug laws. I was only there month and a half. Left the day before closes. March 20 2020. To experience people who have never taken drugs most your whole society. It woke me up.. PLEASE. UNTILL you see what it has done to america. Please throw those people in jail long time. Deport the expats. You have to.. they and drugs are very bad. Balinese are the kindest people i have ever met in my life. Some people who get on drugs need given a chance. Maybe only one. And need to be educated. Drug dealers . Just go to prison long time. Expats deport them .they know better. They fuel the drug trade. So polisi please have mercy on some. People must be eduacated. In america. They have billboards showing pretty girl before meth. And girl after meth. You can see them they look like walking dead . Their lifes destroyed . #1. Love your family
